We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team and lead the day-to-day HR operations. This role is essential in ensuring efficient HR processes across the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and manage the recruitment team to meet company hiring targets.

Oversee employee relations, including handling concerns, disciplinary actions, and staff terminations in compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits in line with legal requirements and company policies.

Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE) and maintain accurate HR records.

Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.

Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
