Contract Administrator

Role: Manages contract communications, documentation, variations/claims, and ensures compliance with contractual terms (time, cost, scope).
Experience: Experience using FIDIC or similar contract conditions on at least one water infrastructure project; handled change orders and claims processes.
Qualifications: Degree in engineering, law, or construction management; specialized training in contract management; familiarity with Philippine procurement laws and FIDIC contract suite.
Key Competencies: Contractual correspondence, claims preparation/defense, maintaining contract records, coordination with project controls for payment and notices, risk management from a contractual perspective.
Job Type: Full-time
