This position involves meticulous organization, attention to detail, and effective coordination with various departments and branches to fulfill contractual obligations. Responsibilities Maintain and create an electronic filing system for contract specifications including status, value, duration, and additional terms. Manage audit files for each contract, including original contracts, correspondence, change orders, amendments, and payment schedules. Submit monthly pay applications in accordance with contract requirements. Confirm receipt and posting of payments for contract accounts. Ensure compliance with Credit Department's construction lien law procedures. Maintain Notice of Commencement and Notice to Owner filings as applicable. Coordinate with various departments and branches to ensure fulfillment of contract deliverables and terms. Communicate effectively with Account Managers and other stakeholders regarding contract status and requirements. Update filing systems promptly with all fully executed documents received within designated timeframes. Manage job completion dates on contracts to facilitate timely collection of any retention. Participate in additional duties as assigned by the Director of Credit or Corporate Credit Manager. Qualifications and Requirements Knowledge of the principles, practices, and terms and conditions of commercial contracts management. Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with varying levels of management, internal business clients, external customers, and vendors. Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision and meet critical deadlines. Sense of discretion and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information. Ability to review simple contract language and identify standard terms or variances. Basic understanding of contractual structures. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to four years of experience in managing commercial contract accounts. At least one year of experience in contract review and basic contract language. Stable employment history.
