HR and Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Assistant (Recruitment) is responsible for providing administrative and recruitment support to the Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by assisting in candidate sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, documentation, and maintaining recruitment records. The position also supports general HR administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
- Source and screen candidate resumes to identify qualified applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Prepare pre-employment documents and assist with background checks and reference verifications.
- Facilitate onboarding tasks such as documentation, orientation scheduling, and file preparation.
Administrative Support
- Maintain and organize recruitment files and HR records in both digital and hard copy formats.
- Prepare reports related to recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and hiring status.
- Support HR events such as job fairs, orientations, and trainings.
- Assist with other HR and office administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administrative work is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with recruitment platforms or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
