Join the dynamic team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. as a TelcoLaunch Call Center Specialist. In this full-time role based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our TelcoLaunch product line.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver consistent service

What we're looking for

  • 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathise
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer records management
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry or a passion for technology is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service
