  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and firecting them appropriately

  • Notifies company personnel of visitors arrival

  • Maintains security and telecommunications system

  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries

  • Direct visitors by informing by maintaining employee and department directories

  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges

  • Operates elecoomunications system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operations

  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

  • Support continuity among workteams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neeeded

  • Receives documents and signed paper work upon receipt

  • Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place

  • Perform other task may be assigned

Qualifications:

Qualification:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree of any course

  • With atleast a year of experience as receptionist or any related field

  • With pleasng personality

  • Willing to work ASAP
