Admin Receptionist

The Showroom Admin serves as the first point of contact for customers and supports the smooth daily operations of the showroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a receptionist, cashier, or administrative staff
- Graduate of at least a 2-year college course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with Google Sheets is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Smart, personable, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer-oriented and able to handle front-line interactions with a welcoming attitude
- Trustworthy and reliable, especially in handling cash and confidential records
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing sales transactions, cash handling, and safekeeping
- Ensure accurate preparation and timely deposit of store collections
- Encode financial transactions and assist with reconciliation of cash reports
- Monitor payments of showroom utilities (electricity, internet, water, lease, etc.)
- Manage office and showroom supplies; oversee ordering and replenishment of cleaning and office materials
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding financial transactions or related concerns
- Act as receptionist: greet customers, offer refreshments, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide initial customer assistance, assess needs, and endorse to sales associates for further support
- Assist sales associates with showroom organization, cleanliness, and customer servicing
- Support sales team in answering online inquiries and basic administrative correspondence
- Maintain and organize filing systems and store documentation
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Showroom Supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
