About the role

Trancendental Relection Restaurant Group is seeking a talented and customer-focused Restaurant Receptionist to join our team in our Makati City Metro Manila location. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive
  • Efficiently managing the restaurant's reservations system, seating guests, and handling any changes or cancellations
  • Assisting guests with any inquiries or requests, and liaising with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest information and seating arrangements
  • Supporting the restaurant's operations by completing administrative tasks as needed
  • Adhering to all health, safety and security procedures to keep our guests and team safe

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage reservations efficiently
  • Proficient in using reservation management and point-of-sale systems
  • A team player who is willing to pitch in and support the wider restaurant team as needed
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
