Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, answering phone calls, managing front desk operations, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in coordinating office supplies and inventory management.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course
- With working experience is preferred but FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
- Preferably residing near Makati area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php695.00 per day
