JOB RESPONSIBILITY

 Develop and implement annual marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital campaigns,

to drive awareness and sales of home appliances.

 Identify emerging trends in the appliance market and create targeted marketing campaigns to address consumer

demands.

 Oversee brand positioning across all communication channels to ensure consistency in messaging and product

presentation.

 Coordinate with sales teams to design dealer promotions, bundle offers, and showroom displays that highlight

appliance features.

 Manage the company's digital presence (website, social media, e-commerce platforms) to generate leads and

maintain engagement.

 Negotiate with media agencies, suppliers, and partners to maximize marketing ROI.

 Supervise the preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, price tags, signage, product demo materials,

and in-store branding and analyze the performance of campaigns, preparing reports with recommendations for

improvement.

 Lead and mentor the marketing staff, ensuring effective execution of marketing projects.

 Represent the company at trade shows, appliance fairs, and industry events.

QUALIFICATION

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree an advantage).

 Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the appliance, consumer electronics,

or retail distribution industry.

Strong background in trade marketing, dealer programs, and product promotions.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and traditional retail merchandising.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

Strong vendor and dealer relationship management skills.
