Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will oversee the end-to-end marketing process, from strategy development to execution. This role is responsible for promoting our brand, engaging our community, increasing visibility, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage campaigns across digital, social media, traditional, and event marketing channels.
  • Lead content creation, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience.
  • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and partnerships effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Sports, Recreation, or Hospitality.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
