JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to strengthen the company's brand presence and achieve business objectives. This role involves assisting in both online and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, conducting market research, and preparing reports on marketing performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations, including social media management, content creation, and coordination of promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and media partners for the production of marketing collaterals and advertisements.
  • Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibits, and corporate events.
  • Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and assisting in lead generation activities.
  • Maintain an organized database of marketing contacts, media partners, and client information.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding guidelines and policies.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, or graphic design is an advantage.
