Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and traditional marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee content creation, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure ROI on campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Track and report on performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Plan and manage events, trade shows, and product launches as needed.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, CRM systems, analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
