The
Marketing Associate
manages and tracks social media pages, develops editorial calendars, and creates engaging content for blogs, social media, and marketing materials to drive engagement. The role supports marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer connection, and sales growth. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and proactive in contributing fresh ideas while managing daily marketing activities.

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Create, write, and schedule engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure strong brand reputation, consistency, and increased social media engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide strategies.
  • Manage and optimize SEO activities to improve online visibility and performance.
  • Track and report campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in executing various marketing initiatives and events.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any other General Management-related courses
  • Must have strong writing and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with keyword research and management tools is a plus
  • Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices is a plus
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work without close supervision
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Las Piñas City, with the option to be based in the new Bonifacio Global City office starting in 2026.
