JOB PURPOSE:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new marketing and sales opportunities to drive business growth. This role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and increase revenue. The manager ensures the alignment of sales and marketing efforts with the company's goals while leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Promote existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
  • Research and identify new marketing opportunities based on market trends and consumer needs.
  • Implement new sales plans, campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
  • Recommend system or process improvements to achieve marketing and sales goals.

Financial & Budget Management

  • Analyze budgets and prepare annual sales and marketing budget plans.
  • Schedule and monitor expenditures to align with budget allocations.
  • Ensure sales teams meet quotas, revenue targets, and performance goals.
  • Provide timely updates to sales forecasts in coordination with the Supply Chain Department.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Gather, investigate, and analyze market data, competitive activity, and industry trends.
  • Prepare reports summarizing insights and provide recommendations for business strategy.
  • Monitor product performance across markets to support decision-making.

Product & Launch Coordination

  • Coordinate product launch timelines with Technical Services.
  • Support timely execution of product introductions and promotional activities.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment during product rollout.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular visits and communication.
  • Understand client needs and anticipate new sales or marketing opportunities.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, or escalations promptly.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, motivate, and train the sales and marketing team.
  • Ensure team performance meets cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all activities comply with cGMP/GDP, FDA, HALAL, HSE, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain all department operations in an inspection-ready state for internal and external audits.
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support business operations.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in FMCG, Foods & Beverages Manufacturing Industry is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years Leadership / Management / Supervisory Experience

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams, developing marketing strategies, and launching products.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
  • Strong customer relationship-building capability.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (cGMP/GDP, FDA, HALAL, HSE).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
