Client Service Representative and Assistant Property Manager

We are a U.S.-based property management firm seeking a polite, professional, detail-oriented, experienced property manager to provide world-class customer service to our clients.
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Providing world-class customer service to our clients
- Managing a portfolio of existing properties
- Working with clients to solve their problems
- Review tenant/rental applications
- Working with tenants to handle maintenance issues and rental payments
- Adhering to the Company's Core Principles at all times
- Following and improving Company policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as requested
We will provide all the training that you need with the expectation that you will be substantially able to perform the jobs within 90 days of joining our team.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent English Writing and Speaking Skills
- Positive attitude
- Several years of property management experience
- Attention to detail and excellent organization and planning skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and use sound judgment, resourcefulness and discretion
- Familiarity with Gmail and other cloud-based programs
- A fast internet connection and computer are required and you must be willing and able to install and run TimeDoctor software on your computer during working hours.

Work Schedule - Full Time, Long-term, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EDT (or EST)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php450.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
