Job Summary:
The HR Officer supports the organization by managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and other HR initiatives. This role requires a decisive individual capable of handling HR operations independently and ensuring compliance with legal and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations and engagement programs to promote a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and global company policies.
- Handle disciplinary actions, documentation, and employee performance reviews.
- Maintain and update HR records, policies, and procedures.
- Support management in strategic HR planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR focusing on legal compliance, recruitment, and engagement.
- Strong and decisive personality with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
