DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Major Tasks
a. Recruitment
i. Sourcing additional staff and for replacement
ii. Interviewing
iii. Endorsing to Restaurant Managers and to Head Chef for final interview
iv. Collection of pre-employment requirements
v. Organizing the 201 filing
vi. Orientation for new hire employees
b. Compensation and Benefits
i. Timekeeping of Backoffice and Operations
ii. Final checking of timekeeping from stores
iii. Preparation and printing of payslip.
iv. Computation of last pay/ 13th month pay of resigning employees
v. Doing the Government Mandated Benefits contributions and reports
c. Employee Relations
i. Spear head the evaluations of employees
ii. Issuing notices and disciplinary actions
iii. Take charge of employee issues and concerns
iv. Doing investigation for incident reports
B. Minor Task
a. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
