Job Summary

A Human Resources and Administration Manager's role encompasses all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training. It includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the overall HR operations
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Revise and creates policies if needed.
  • Analyze and create recruitment strategy which is align with present trend.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5- 10 years of experience in the field of human resources.
  • Degree in human resources or a related discipline,
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • A team player and with leadership skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Must have a background in a retail store and or agency.
  • With background in handling promodisers/merchandisers is advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
