You must have a background in medical instrument and reagent distribution or similar fields and be a graduate of medical technology and allied fields.

1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution:

· Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies that align with the overall company goals and objectives.

· Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

· Adjust sales strategies and tactics to respond to market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the region.

· Collaborate with the national sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, product management) to ensure unified sales approaches.

2. Team Management and Development:

· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, account managers, or field sales staff within the assigned region.

· Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure each sales representative meets or exceeds their individual goals.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans to support team members' growth and skill enhancement.

· Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales talent for the region as needed.

3. Revenue Growth and Sales Performance:

· Drive the achievement of regional sales targets by managing and growing existing customer accounts, as well as acquiring new customers.

· Track and measure sales performance, analyzing metrics such as sales revenue, growth, conversion rates, and other KPIs.

· Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales quotas, revenue targets, and market share objectives.

· Identify new business opportunities, verticals, or regions within the area to expand market penetration.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, and partners in the region to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

· Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

· Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and business reviews to maintain strong customer loyalty.

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.

5. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

· Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer segments within the region.

· Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to adjust regional strategies and remain competitive.

· Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in products or services.

· Provide management with insights and recommendations based on regional market conditions.

6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

· Develop accurate sales forecasts for the region, providing visibility to senior management regarding expected revenue and growth.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, using CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and performance.

· Prepare regular sales reports detailing regional performance, including key achievements, challenges, and growth plans.

· Provide senior management with data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions at the national or global level.

7. Collaboration with Other Departments:

· Work closely with the marketing department to implement region-specific campaigns, promotions, and events to generate leads and support sales efforts.

· Coordinate with product management teams to ensure regional feedback on products or services is effectively communicated.

· Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent post-sales service.

8. Budget and Resource Management:

· Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support growth initiatives and sales activities.

· Monitor and control costs related to sales operations within the region (e.g., travel, marketing, promotional expenses).

· Ensure that the regional team has the necessary tools, training, and support to achieve their sales objectives.
