  • Position: Regional Sales Manager – Commercial Air Conditioning

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00PM
  • Salary: Up to ₱100,000.00 per month
  • Work Setup: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in HVAC or consumer electronics
  • Proven leadership in managing regional teams and dealer networks
  • Strong understanding of Visayas market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee channel sales operations across the Visayas region
  • Manage and mentor regional sales teams to align with company goals
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies for growth and market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and dealers
  • Lead PSI management, sales forecasting, and pipeline tracking
