We are seeking a Regional Area Manager for Central Visayas. This role oversees the performance of Delivery and Branch Operations by providing direction and support to Area Managers. The goal is to ensure the achievement of sales goals, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

The Regional Area Manager develops and implements regional sales strategies, analyzes sales and operational data, and identifies opportunities for improvement.

RAM provides strategic leadership to Area Managers and oversees all regional operations to ensure targets are met. The role involves managing sales performance, logistics, staffing, and financial activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales: Setting and monitoring targets, and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Managing logistics: Optimizing delivery times, vehicle use, and fleet performance.
  • Overseeing facilities and infrastructure: Recommending and approving capital expenditures, new branch construction, and renovations.
  • Leading people and development: Handling staffing needs, training, career growth, and employee relations.
  • Ensuring financial compliance: Monitoring branch financial activities like cash advances and remittances and working with the finance team to ensure adherence to controls.
  • Conducting field visits: Visiting a minimum of four branches or areas monthly to provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and assess operations.
