Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Territory Managers and Sales Associates across multiple areas.

  • Set strategic sales plans and drive regional performance in line with company growth targets.

  • Identify and expand partnerships with retailers and financial access points in key markets.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Ensure consistent execution of sales quality standards, compliance, and fraud control measures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations and customer experience.

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of regional sales teams.

  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; postgraduate studies is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in field sales management, including regional leadership exposure.

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving aggressive targets.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Willing to travel frequently and manage operations across multiple territories.
