We are looking for a skilled and reliable Arcade Technical Support Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair arcade games, redemption machines, and related systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and mechanical skills, along with a commitment to providing excellent service to ensure the best guest experience in our arcade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain arcade machines, redemption games, and ticket dispensers.
  • Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration on all equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and software issues in games and payment systems.
  • Set up, install, and configure new arcade games and related hardware.
  • Maintain and update game software and firmware when required.
  • Manage parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements.
  • Respond promptly to technical issues during operating hours to minimize downtime.
  • Assist staff and customers with technical issues or questions about games.
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance, repairs, and downtime incidents.
  • Ensure all machines are operating safely and comply with company and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management on equipment upgrades and arcade layout changes.

Requirements:

  • A graduated of BS in Information Technology or Electronics Technician.
  • Proven experience in arcade, amusement, or similar technical support roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking, POS systems, and game management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
