The Technical Officer ensures the proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of automated security systems and fire protection equipment. The role supports operational reliability and compliance with safety standards and client requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, test, and maintain automated security systems, FDAS, and fire protection equipment.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all installations meet safety and performance standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to alarm and protection systems.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for service requests and preventive maintenance.
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Recommend system improvements and upgrades.
  • Ensure all work follows safety regulations and company procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or TESDA-certified equivalent.
  • Preferably with Safety Officer Certification.
  • With training in Sprinkler Systems, Fire Protection, or FDAS operations.
  • At least two years of experience in security systems, alarms, or fire safety projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
  • Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations.

OFFICE HOURS

8:00AM - 5:00PM (Mon-Sat)

C.M. Recto Street, Davao City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
