We're looking for an experienced technical support professional with a solid foundation in technology and a strong ability to communicate effectively in English, especially over the phone. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, analytical thinker, capable of troubleshooting and resolving basic VoIP or IT support issues efficiently. You should be confident in handling customer conversations and providing a positive support experience.

This role requires excellent reliability and commitment, including working the graveyard shift and being available on holidays as needed. Consistent attendance and a proactive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities:


• Provide top-tier technical support for customers encountering issues spanning VOIP, PBX systems, networks, modems, and various related technologies


• Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to voice communications, network connectivity, and modem configurations.


• Collaborate seamlessly with teammates to devise innovative solutions for multifaceted technical issues.


• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions.


• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in VOIP, PBX, networking, and modem technologies.

Qualifications


• Extensive knowledge of VOIP systems, including SIP, IP telephony, PBX, and associated protocols.


• Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting networks and modems.


• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.


• A customer-centric mindset with an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding service.


• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.


• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are advantageous.
