Sales & Account Manager - Commission Based

This is not your typical sales role, you'll function as both a hunter and a relationship builder, driving new client acquisition while ensuring existing customers receive world-class service. You'll be the front-line representative of our brand, building trust with prospects and guiding them into long-term partnerships.

This is a commission-based position:

  • 10% of initial sale (~$100+ per client)
  • 5% of monthly subscription renewals (~$50+ per client, recurring)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual outreach to prospective customers via email, calls, and social platforms
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Provide customer support, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Manage accounts to maximize recurring subscriptions and referrals
  • Track sales activity and deliver consistent updates on pipeline progress
  • Work U.S.-based hours to align with client availability

Skills:

  • Native-level English communication, with a neutral/near-American accent
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Confident, proactive, and goal-driven
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote role

Experience and Education:

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, or customer success
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with the U.S. based clients or international markets is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, or virtual sales platforms a strong advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php Php300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
