As our new Account Executive, you'll play a key role in growing our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while building lasting, strategic relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
- Source and sign new agents in strategic international markets
- Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
- Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
- Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
- Track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs
- Provide occasional student counseling when required
- Attend team meetings online and in person (e.g., Makati or other hubs)
What We're Looking For
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, enjoys talking to people, and loves the challenge of turning conversations into results.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
- Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset

- Experience in international education or working with student recruitment agents
- Knowledge of visa processes and student mobility trends
- Experience working in multicultural, global environments
- Additional language skills
- Fully remote, flexible work setup
What We Offer
- Salary range: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience)
