Responsibilities
As Commercial Sales & Customer Support Lead, you will oversee both sales growth and customer service excellence, ensuring alignment with Luce SG's overall strategy.
Sales & Business Development
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into long-term relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Research pricing and service trends of national and international competitors.
- Create and implement business strategies to support growth and departmental development.
- Collaborate closely with the Singapore Operations team to align sales initiatives with service delivery.
Customer Support & Service Excellence
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints: clarify issues, determine causes, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Maintain customer accounts and detailed records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Escalate advanced cases to the SG Operations team with complete background information.
Operational & Strategic Alignment
- Propose modifications to executive staff work duties to increase efficiency, reduce human error, and improve cross-departmental alignment.
- Track changes in work processes and update standard operating procedure manuals periodically.
- Assess operational and strategic performance, ensuring processes and resource planning align with company goals.
- Provide support to executive-level staff during significant organizational changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead/Supervisor in
Sales
or
Customer Service
; preferably 3 years overall work experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong English writing ability for producing clear, concise instructions.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Logical thinking and reasoning ability, combined with creative problem-solving skills.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in learning and becoming proficient in new technologies, including automation tools.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
