Responsible in providing information and assistance to customers inquiring about the mechanics of the Metro Rewards Card, attending to customer complaints through proper referral to the concerned store official and other customer concerns needing further assistance.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Entertains and answers within well-established guidelines customer questions and complaints. Refers to Immediate Superior or concerned store officer non-routine/serious problems beyond personal capacity for prompt resolution.
Keeps abreast on the following to ensure information given to inquiring customers are precise;
a. Store Directory
b. Mall Directory (for anchor stores)
c. Key Store Officers
d. Basic Consumer Welfare Policies of DTI (e.g. Merchandise Return policy)
e. Store Promotions (mechanics)
f. Store Events
g. Return/ Exchange Policy (including procedures)
h. Other store operations policies
Posts Customer Complaints in the customer service database on a daily
Prepares Customer Complaints in the customer service database on a monthly basis
Oversees and extends assistance to Metro Rewards Card (MRC) Booth services such as but not limited to encoding of new applicants for MRC cards and the likes.
Ensures to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the customer service booth at all times.
Logs and endorses left-by items to Security Department by the end of the day.
Validates parking ticket of the customers availing the 2-hour free parking.
METRO REWARDS CARD MANAGEMENT
Entertains customers seeking information relevant to MRC services
Receives and posts applicant information into the MRC database. Ensures all information/data are completely and accurately encoded into the system
Ensures constant coordination with Corporate Ad and Promo Marketing Assistant on the following;
a. Expected date of release of permanent MRC
b. Lists of reward items for the quarter
Provides reports to Corporate Ad and Promo Marketing Assistant on the following;
a. Temporary MRC surrendered
b. Inventory on hand and released reward items
c. Disbursement of Promo Items
d. Summary of Claimed Permanent MRC
e. Weekly Summary of Applicants encoded in the system
f. Summary of Defective cards returned
Oversees and ensures the cleanliness and update postings of print advertisements in the MRC booth
Monitors issuance of claim slips
Keeps custody of items displayed
Attends to MRC related customer complaints. Refers the same to immediate superior other concerns needing further assistance.
Extends assistance to other areas of customer service required without compromising the MRC booth service
Makes timely reports to superiors on any irregularities or disciplinary concerns on area of responsibility
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Pay: Php695.00 per day
