About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at StaffSmart Outsourcing. This full-time position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, virtual environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support and ensuring their satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound calls, emails and chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
  4. Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying areas for enhancement
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the outsourcing industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using various communication channels, including phone, email and chat
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
  6. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  7. Fluency in English, both verbal and written
