About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at StaffSmart Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This full-time, virtual position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in the Alabang, Muntinlupa, providing support and assistance to clients across a variety of industries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on products, services, and policies
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  6. Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  4. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
  5. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required
