In this role, agents are expected to
Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable
Should be able to work in blended environment catering both Inbound & Outbound Calls.
Responsibilities
Should be able to work in blended environment catering both Inbound & Outbound Calls.
Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all services.
Ensure that the account becomes current & provide solution to keep it current for long term.
Willing to take additional training as suggested by management.
Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable
Minimum Qualifications
At legal agee by the time of application
High School / Senior High School graduates are accepted, College graduates are preferred
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high volume service center
Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process
Shall pose no challenges in adhering to work schedules
Excellent data entry skills
Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
Relevant collection experience preferably in banking
Displays excellent English oral and written communication skills - using accurate grammar with smooth flow
Displays excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Significant months of experience in the phone customer service field is desired
Negotiation and analytical skills
High level of integrity
