As our Manager for Channel Development, you will play a key role in driving growth and building strong partnerships. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the achievement of sales, volume, and distribution targets to support business growth.
  • Ensure timely accounts receivable collections and maintain high account service levels.
  • Oversee merchandising standards and the smooth execution of corporate and account-specific promotions.
  • Manage Regional and Local Key Accounts (KAS 2), including account/trade support expenses and budget allocation.
  • Direct and mentor a team of Key Account Specialists, guiding them toward success in sales volume, resource management, and performance targets.
  • Make a significant impact by shaping channel strategies and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in channel development, key account management, or B2B sales.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and turn insights into growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in managing distribution networks and business partnerships.
  • A goal-driven mindset with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools (a strong advantage).
