We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our company's buildings and work environment. The role ensures that all facilities operate smoothly and support the needs of employees and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of company facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance and facility improvement programs.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, suppliers, and service providers.

  • Monitor and manage facility budgets, costs, and procurement.

  • Supervise facility personnel such as technicians, custodians, and security staff.

  • Ensure proper space utilization, cleanliness, and workplace standards.
  • Lead emergency preparedness and security protocols.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities or property management.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and safety compliance).

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively.
