We are a food and restaurant service established in 2014 by one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the Philippines, Avin Ong. We are a Philippine-based master franchise of more than 205 restaurants and cafes nationwide. These brands include Macao Imperial Tea, New York Fries and Dips, Nabe Japanese Izakaya and Hotpot, Mitasu Yakiniku, Liang Crispy Roll, and Kenangan Coffee.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Multi-Branch Supervisor to oversee multiple coffee shop locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, a passion for coffee culture, and a proven ability to lead multi-unit teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Store Managers
  • Monitor sales, budgets, and operational performance
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience across locations
  • Enforce health, safety, and food compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in multi-unit food & beverage or retail management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide store teams to meet KPIs and brand standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of store operations, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Familiar with POS systems, cost control, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to travel between locations
