Job Summary:

The Branch Assistant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and operational efficiency of the branch. This role ensures that company standards, policies, and procedures are followed while supporting the branch team to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all operational functions of the branch, including cash handling, inventory control, customer service, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance; provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
  • Conduct regular audits of operational processes and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office and other departments for support and escalations.
  • Oversee branch logistics including inventory movement, supplies, and equipment.
  • Help resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, shift management, and attendance monitoring.
  • Support training and onboarding of new branch staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in branch or operations management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of basic financial reports, inventory management, and process controls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to be assigned at Makati and work flexible hours.
