Job Overview

The position of Service Officer-Pool is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including tellering, cashiering and ATM services. Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in accordance with internal standards and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs start and end of day activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervises the Cash Services and ATM operations, ensuring compliance with set procedures.
  • Acts as the chief custodian of cash, accountable forms and late checks.
  • Responsible for verifying details and issuance of accountable forms, requiring assistant approval.
  • Reviews and submits branch reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness within specified timelines.
Qualification Requirements
  • A degree holder from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years experience in Branch operations, preferably in commercial or universal banking.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Availability for MAKATI location.
