Area Sales Supervisor – Allied Products & Motorcycle Aftersales

Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor sales activities of allied products and motorcycle aftersales services in assigned areas.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved through effective planning, coordination, and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Monitor product movement, branch inventory, and customer demand to support sales growth.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to branch staff and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and accredited dealers.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and recommend strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

  • College graduate of any course
  • Proven experience in sales and supervision (motorcycle industry is an advantage)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • With a valid driver's license and willing to travel to different branches
  • Willing to start immediately
