Overview

Campaign Complete Solutions Phils. Inc is looking for a full-time Multi-Skilled Technician to support one of our clients in the daily maintenance and upkeep of their building and facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in various technical trades such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC, and be capable of addressing maintenance issues promptly and professionally.

What you'll be doing
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify and resolve issues affecting the safety, functionality, and appearance of the facility.
  • Respond promptly to service requests or emergency maintenance needs from the client or site personnel.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and fixtures as needed.
  • Monitor and operate building systems to ensure proper performance and energy efficiency.
  • Coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs or technical support when required.
  • Ensure all tasks comply with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs in good working condition and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
  • Support other facility-related tasks as assigned by the client or supervisor.
What we're looking for
  • Vocational or technical course graduate is an advantage
  • With TESDA NC 2 Certificate in Housekeeping is an advantage
  • With experience in building and facilities maintenance (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC)
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs
  • Can work independently and follow instructions
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Willing to work on-site at the client's location
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and proper tool handling
  • Honest, reliable, and hardworking
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
