The Admin Supervisor oversees and coordinates all administrative operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and support services. In the automotive industry, this role ensures that branch operations, documentation, manpower support, and compliance requirements are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, documentation, facilities, and general support services.
- Monitor and coordinate branch requirements such as permits, licenses, utilities, and compliance with government regulations.
- Supervise and support clerical staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare, review, and organize reports, memorandums, and other business correspondences.
- Coordinate with HR in terms of employee records, attendance monitoring, and administrative requests.
- Assist management in budget preparation and expense monitoring for admin-related needs.
- Ensure proper documentation, safekeeping, and retrieval of company records.
- Support operational needs of the service, sales, and parts departments through efficient admin assistance.
- Implement company policies and procedures within the branch.
- Address and resolve admin-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an administrative supervisory role (preferably in the automotive or related industry).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of government compliance requirements and labor policies is an advantage.
