We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant/Associate to join our dynamic team. Job Description

As an HR Assistant/Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be involved in recruitment, employee engagement, administrative tasks, and various HR initiatives that directly impact our organization's success. This position offers excellent exposure to all aspects of HR and provides a strong foundation for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.
  • Coordinate training sessions and learning & development activities.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide first-level HR support.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support performance management processes and documentation
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Assist with compliance requirements and government-mandated benefits.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including HMO providers, training vendors, and recruitment agencies.
  • Participate in HR projects and special assignments as needed.

What You'll Bring to Us

Experience & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
