About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management
  • Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities
  • Contribute to employee engagement and company culture initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
