Duties and Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment and on-boarding new hires
  • Employee Relations (e.g. respond to employee concerns and queries, support conflict resolution, implement company policies, etc.)
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as processing employee documents, updating HR databases, and filing records
  • Benefits and Payroll Support (e.g. Assist with benefit inquiries and enrollment; Timekeeping; etc.)
  • Performance Development: prepare employee evaluation and coordinate with employees superior

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in the field
  • Must be knowledgeable to labor law and employee relation facet
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Work schedule - Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
