Job Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding
  2. Assist in job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracker.
  3. Coordinate onboarding requirements (documents, orientation, assets, ID, uniform, and access).
  4. Ensure timely submission of new hire documentation and update employee records.
  5. Organizational Development (OD)
  6. Support the review and updating of job descriptions and organizational charts.
  7. Administer and monitor probationary performance evaluation for the 1st month, 2nd month, and 3rd month.
  8. Coordinate documentation and endorsement for employee regularization after 6 months.
  9. Support the annual performance management cycle by preparing forms, consolidating data, and monitoring compliance.
  10. Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement programs and Philteq Cares initiatives.
  11. Training and Development
  12. Support the Peak for Performance Training and Development Program through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by consolidating data from performance evaluations and department inputs.
  13. Consolidate post-training programs and monitor attendance.
  14. Consolidate post-training feedback and prepare evaluation reports.
  15. Documentation and Reporting
  16. Maintain HR databases (recruitment tracker, training records, OD Files).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of HR experience or an internship in HR function.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems, MS Office, and HRIS is an advantage.
