Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who thrives on building relationships and driving growth. This role will focus on face-to-face and online outreach, identifying opportunities for oboda to present our solutions, and cultivating partnerships across key industry verticals. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable engaging, leading sales cycles, capable of collaborating closely with product, marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure clients experience the full value of oboda's system.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door, face-to-face selling with distributors, wholesalers, and traditional businesses.
- Identify and secure opportunities for Oboda to present or sponsor events, such as industry forums, trade association meetings, or cooperative gatherings.
- Build and nurture relationships across verticals (manufacturing, wholesale, distribution) to establish long-term business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the product team to communicate market feedback and influence product development.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align field efforts with campaigns, events, and lead-generation strategies.
- Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, field sales, or B2B relationship management (experience in IT, ERP, or SaaS is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Familiarity with Filipino distribution and wholesale business culture is an advantage.
- Interest in innovation and AI-powered business solutions is a strong plus.
