SDR who's as hungry, techy and tool-savvy as we are - someone who can help us scale client
growth and our own.
What You'll Do
Outbound Outreach:
Launch and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns
(LinkedIn, email, cold calls).
Tools Mastery:
Own GTM tools like
Clay
, sales engagement platforms, scrapers and
Zapier automations
to scale workflows.
AI-Powered Research:
Use
GPT, Perplexity and other AI tools
to personalize
outreach, research accounts and optimize messaging.
Funnel Execution:
Run top-of-funnel GTM campaigns, book meetings and qualify leads
across international markets.
Cold Calling:
Confidently pick up the phone and connect with decision-makers
Account Management Support:
Work with founders and the GTM team to nurture
accounts and build long-term relationships.
Marketing Collab:
Support landing page builds, campaign launches and funnel
experiments (bonus if you can design/write basic LPs).
What We're Looking For
3-6 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience (B2B focus).
Proven track record with
outreach tools
(HeyReach, ZoomInfo,, Apollo,
Lemlist, HubSpot, SalesLoft, etc.)
Hands-on with
Zapier
or other automation platforms.
Experience with
GTM prospecting tools
like
Clay
.
Knowledge of
AI tools
(GPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) and how to use them for research,
personalization or scaling outreach.
Comfortable with
cold calls
and international communication (APAC, US, EU).
Understanding of
funnels, sales cycles and GTM
.
Strong written and spoken English; persuasive communicator.
Bonus: marketing skills (e.g., building simple landing pages with Webflow, Carrd, or
similar).
