About the role
As an Industrial Sales Executive at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.', you will be responsible for driving sales growth within our industrial client base. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila, where you will leverage your expertise in account and relationship management to build and maintain strong partnerships with key industrial customers.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients by providing exceptional customer service and identifying ways to add value
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our consultancy services to prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the industrial or B2B services sector
- Demonstrated track record of success in new business development and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the industrial landscape and an understanding of the challenges facing our target clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools
