We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate with experience in financial services recruitment research or candidate sourcing. This is a research-focused role supporting our executive search projects in investment banking, asset/wealth management, private equity, and hedge funds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct targeted lead generation for executive search assignments in financial services

- Build and maintain market maps (organizational charts of banks, asset managers, investment firms)

- Source potential candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and research tools

- Pre-qualify candidate leads against role criteria (seniority, functional expertise, sector exposure)

- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data accuracy and reporting standards

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- ESSENTIAL: Prior lead generation or recruitment research experience (executive search, recruitment agency sourcing, market research, or similar)

- ESSENTIAL: Familiarity with financial services — investment banking, asset/wealth management, or investment firms

- PREFERRED: Experience supporting executive search/recruitment firms (directly or through BPO/KPO)

- Strong understanding of organizational structures in banks, asset managers, and investment firms

NOT RELEVANT: Telesales, collections, customer service, or general VA experience. We are only looking for applicants with executive search / recruitment research in financial services.
