In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating high-quality leads that align with our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and passionate about driving results through effective lead generation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify new leads and target markets for our services.
  • Use a combination of outreach methods, including email campaigns, phone calls, and social media engagement to connect with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments and determining their suitability for our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and engagements using our CRM system.
  • Analyze lead generation performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead management systems is preferred.
